Pedro Evaristo Ferreira Campos has extensive experience in the hospitality and IT sectors, currently serving as the IT Restaurant Support Manager at The Big Table Group since May 2020. Previously, Pedro worked as a Hospitality Consultant at Timico from November 2018 to May 2020 and at 25sevenIT Ltd from December 2014 to November 2018. Earlier roles include Support Manager at Tragus Group, managing IT systems and project coordination for restaurant infrastructure, and Project and Support Analyst, where responsibilities involved system troubleshooting and project management for EPOS and payment solutions across numerous locations. Pedro also has a background in restaurant management, overseeing operations and financial controls in various London restaurants. Education was completed at CPTV Pedra Furada between 1990 and 1992.
