Currently serving as CIO/IT Director at both The Big Table Group and Casual Dining Group, Sarah drives technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency for well-known UK restaurant brands. Previous roles include Interim Head of Technology and Head of Business Systems at glh Hotels and Head of Information Technology at the Lawn Tennis Association, where Sarah aligned IT functions with strategic business objectives. Sarah began their career at Ramada Jarvis Hotels, where significant expertise in project management and business intelligence was developed. Sarah holds qualifications in PRINCE2 and MSP, demonstrating a strong commitment to structured project management methodologies.
