Ula Sobiech is currently the Head of HR at The Big Table Group. Prior to this role, Ula held positions at Casual Dining Group including Head of Central HR and Reward, Office Manager, HR Manager, Rewards and Policy Manager, HR, Compensation and Benefits Officer, and HR, and Recruitment Assistant. Before joining Casual Dining Group, Ula worked at Bella Italia as a General Manager and Assistant Manager.
