The Big West
Dan Butterly currently serves as the Commissioner of The Big West Conference and has an extensive background in collegiate athletics. With ongoing roles on multiple NCAA councils and committees, including the NCAA Council, NCAA Men's Basketball Oversight Committee, and various Collegiate Commissioners Association positions, Butterly plays a pivotal role in shaping policies and practices in collegiate sports. Previous experience includes senior leadership positions at the Mountain West Conference and the Missouri Valley Conference, along with contributions as a U.S. Sports Reporter for Sportzfan Radio. Butterly holds a Master's degree in Sports Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor's degree from Illinois State University.
