Mahbub Mredha has extensive work experience in the textile industry. Mahbub started their career in 2008 as an Incharge (R&D) at Hams washing & dyeing Ltd. In 2011, they joined Al-Muslim washing & dyeing Ltd as an Assistant Manager. In 2013, they became the Manager (R&D) at Windy wet & dry process Ltd. Following that, they worked as a Manager at Bitopi Group (washing unit) from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they serve as the Manager (Head of R&D and Technical) at The Bitopi Group since 2018.
Mahbub Mredha obtained a Diploma in Textile Engineering from the Textile Institute, Tangail, where they studied Textile Science from 2004 to 2008. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Engineering from the Atish Dipankar University of Science & Technology, specializing in Apparel and Textiles, from 2009 to 2012.
