Matt Lloyd has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and positions. Matt started their career at Bass Brewers in 1996, where they held roles as an Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and eventually became the National Field Sales Manager. Matt then joined Coors Brewers in 2001, where they served as the National Account Director, International Director of Sales, and Director of Sales Ops. and E Business. In 2005, they joined Pernod Ricard UK as the Field Sales Director On Trade. From 2006 to 2016, Matt worked at Reach as the Client Director (UK and International), where they focused on growing the international business and managing existing clients. In 2016, they joined Strikeforce AMC as the Chief Operating Officer and later became the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Matt also served as a Director at Activate Group Australia, Strikeforce New Zealand, and Victoria Golf Club. Currently, Matt holds the position of Chair at Activate Group Australia.
Matt Lloyd earned a BA Hons degree in Government and Politics from the University of Essex between 1990 and 1993. Later, in 2002-2003, they pursued an MBA at Nottingham Trent University, specializing in Emotional Intelligence/Strategy.
