Currently serving as Executive Director of Creative & Programming at The Boca Raton since May 2022, Hector previously held roles at the Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope, where responsibilities included Director of Client Services and Director of Development. Prior experience encompasses significant positions at renowned organizations, including Director of Catering and Conference Services at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, as well as leadership roles at Monarch Beach Resort, The St Regis Washington DC, and W Hotels. Hector's educational background includes a degree from the University of Puerto Rico obtained between 1988 and 1992.
