Juanita Frankfurth

Juanita Frankfurth has extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence and previously as the Director of Performance and Innovation Resources and Sr. Continuous Improvement Manager at The Boldt Company since January 2008. Prior to this role, Juanita held the position of AEC Project Manager/Consultant at MasterGraphics, Inc. from August 2005 to January 2008, and worked at Quad/Graphics from August 2001 to August 2005 as a CAD Manager, Automation Engineer, and Customer Service Representative. Juanita began the professional journey as an Architectural Intern at DLR Group from January 1997 to August 2001. Educationally, Juanita completed a BS in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1994 to 1996, having previously studied at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 1990 to 1994.
