Connor joined The Bowdoin Group in May of 2022 and brings over 4 years of recruiting experience in healthcare and other fields. As a Consultant, he is responsible for managing client and candidate relationships and working to attract, recruit, and evaluate executive-level talent for searches within the Digital Health and Software & Technology vertical practices.
Before joining The Bowdoin Group, Connor was an Associate Director at another Executive Search firm where he recruited senior leaders for early-stage companies in healthcare technology and services. Before that, Connor started his career with Primary Insight, a global expert network. He managed research projects for Primary Insight’s marquee hedge fund, private equity, and intuitional banking clients.
Connor graduated from Gettysburg College with a B.A. in Political Science.
