Lindsey brings 13 years of quantitative and leadership expertise to The Bowdoin Group. As a Partner of Client Solutions, Lindsey leads the sales and delivery process of the firm’s Recruitment Outsourcing Process (RPO) services as well as team build-outs, creating strategic approaches to scale clients’ recruitment efforts.

Lindsey oversees all operations and project management for large-scale and complex national commercial build-outs as well as the strategy, design, and oversight of all RPO partnerships. Her goal is to ensure an excellent candidate and client experience through all of our engagements. Lindsey is also responsible for mentoring, managing, and developing the RPO delivery team.

Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, Lindsey worked at FactSet Research Systems, where she held numerous roles from Consultant to Regional Consulting Director. Lindsey earned a B.S. in Quantitative Economics from Providence College in Rhode Island and an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Transformation from Boston University.
