Latané Ware recently joined Branch Civil as Business Development Manager, with a focus on the Northern Virginia and Richmond regions and the western counties of Virginia. He garners 25 years of experience in the heavy highway construction/site work, commercial construction, and semiconductor/chemical industries, much of which he spent on D.O.T. projects primarily in the Northern Virginia region. Latané graduated from Guilford College with a B.A. in Business Management Administration, and has Masters of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology. His extensive experience in both construction operations and business development has instilled in him an appreciation for the importance of establishing lasting relationships and an understanding of what measures need to be taken to ensure that projects are completed on-time and on-budget.
