Mike Colbert has over two decades of proven construction experience in both Estimating and Operations for heavy civil construction work, including public, private, traditional, and alternative procurement projects. Mike’s prior experience as Superintendent, Project Manager, and Operations Manager for some of the largest heavy-weight/civil contractors in the Mid-Atlantic has brought a high level of expertise to the Branch Civil team.
Mike currently serves as the Vice President, Estimating for all regions of the company. His vast experience has equipped him to assume responsibility for and lead/manage our large Design-Build pursuits from conception to submission. Mike’s work in the Virginia and North Carolina regions has enabled him to establish and cultivate relationships with VDOT, NCDOT, as well as private developers, which have proven to be invaluable for Branch Civil.
