O'Connor holds multiple non-executive director positions, including at The Bridge Inc, which provides services to individuals with disabilities and those from disadvantaged backgrounds, and San Carlo Homes For The Aged, an aged care facility catering to the Italian community. O'Connor also chairs the Haven Day Centre, which offers respite care for individuals experiencing memory loss. With a robust background in healthcare and research leadership at Cogstate, O'Connor's expertise spans various roles, including Vice President of Healthcare & Research. O'Connor is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Finance and holds multiple qualifications in governance, risk management, and leadership from prestigious institutions.
