Shakia Balmer is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in account management and operations analysis. Currently serving as an Account Manager at The Bridge Corporation since July 2016, Shakia has previously held the role of Junior Account Manager in the same organization. Prior experience includes an extensive tenure at Bed Bath & Beyond from October 2009 to April 2016, where responsibilities as an Operations Analyst involved managing ecommerce operations, modifying financial transactions, and processing claims for damaged and missing items. Shakia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Sociology from William Paterson University of New Jersey and is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Registered Nursing at Passaic County Community College.
