Moneera Taha

Moneera Taha serves as the HR Associate Director and previously held the position of HR Manager at The Bridgespan Group since October 2021. Prior to this, Moneera worked at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. from March 2014 to October 2021 as an HR Partner for Global Teams, where responsibilities included resolving employee relations issues, conducting internal investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and compensation. Moneera led learning and development initiatives, assisted global employees with international assignments, and maintained compliance with legal requirements across multiple countries. Moneera holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Toronto and an Executive Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University ILR School.
