Ioli Karyka

Ioli Karyka is an experienced exhibition assistant currently working at The British Museum since November 2023. Previously, Ioli served as a visitor experience assistant at Artisan People Group from March 2019 to June 2024, contributing to high-pressure environments in prestigious London venues such as the National Portrait Gallery and the Barbican. Additional roles include administrator and social media manager at The Used Kitchen Company, community content management specialist at TikTok, and administrator at Cream Athens. Ioli also gained experience in visitor experience assistance at Elephant West and Acute Art, working on notable exhibitions. Educational qualifications include an MA in Social Anthropology from SOAS University of London and a BFA in Fine/Studio Arts from the University of the Arts London.
