Reem Chamseddine

Reem Chamseddine is a Resident Physician in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Brooklyn Hospital Center since July 2023. Prior experience includes a Summer Research Student position at Massachusetts General Hospital focusing on genetic susceptibility to male breast cancer, and serving as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Boston Children's Hospital, where involvement centered on the Fetal Heart & Brain Study. Reem began research endeavors as an Undergraduate Researcher at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, examining HER2-positive breast cancer resistance to lapatinib therapy, and also held roles as a Research Assistant at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy & Clinical Practice and as an Undergraduate Ethics Fellow at the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs. Reem Chamseddine earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar (2019-2023) and completed high school at the American Community School Beirut, obtaining the Lebanese Baccalaureate.
