Paul Kelly is currently the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation. Prior to this role, Paul has held various legal positions including General Counsel at Trust for Governors Island, General Counsel at Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation, and Assistant General Counsel at NYC Economic Development Corporation.
