Bob Thomas has extensive experience in emergency management and analysis, currently serving as a Watch Officer at FEMA since March 2015. Additionally, Bob holds a position as a Senior Analyst and Subject Matter Expert (SME) at The Buffalo Group since 2012. Bob earned a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, completed from 2004 to 2007, and also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Western Michigan University, obtained from 1970 to 1974.
