Brian Hedman is an experienced professional in utility regulatory support and energy efficiency, currently serving as Executive Director at The Cadmus Group since August 2012, where responsibilities include evaluation and planning services for energy efficiency and innovative rate recovery. Previously, Brian was the President of Hedman Consulting, providing services in demand-side management and regulatory support to utilities. With a career spanning over three decades, significant roles include Director at Black & Veatch and Principal at The Cadmus Group, focusing on DSM program design and integrated resource planning. Brian’s foundational experience includes a managerial position in Regulatory Affairs and DSM policy at PacifiCorp. Brian holds a Master's degree in Economics from Portland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Washington.
