Operations Assistant at The Calgary Philharmonic

Daniel Pelton is an experienced music educator and operations professional with a strong background in various music-related roles. Currently serving as Operations Assistant at the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra since January 2023, Daniel previously worked as a School and Public Programs Educator at the National Music Centre and as a Teaching Artist with the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra focusing on the PhilKids program. Additional experiences include serving as Composer in Residence at the Calgary Public Library, a Box Office Sales Assistant for the Calgary Philharmonic, and a Saxophone and Woodwind Instructor at Long & McQuade Musical Instruments. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of Calgary and has completed additional certifications in data and communications cabling and basic musicianship.
