Jason Little

Jason Little serves as In-House Counsel at Titan International, Inc. since June 2024, previously holding the position of Corporate Attorney & Privacy Officer at The Carlstar Group since January 2017. Notable prior experience includes serving as Committee Chair for the Corporate Counsel Section of the Tennessee Bar Association from November 2019 to June 2021, and as Compliance, Risk Management & General Counsel at Hunter Marine Transport, Inc. until its acquisition in January 2017. Jason's legal expertise spans commercial transactions as a Commercial Transactions Attorney at Stone Energy Corporation and land negotiations as a NWV Area Land Negotiator/Attorney for Noble Energy. Jason commenced the legal career as a Landman/Attorney at EQT Corporation. Academically, Jason holds a J.D. from Appalachian School of Law and a degree in Management from Auburn University Harbert College of Business.
