Henning Hagen

Henning Hagen serves as the Head of Strategy & Operations for Data Science and Applied AI at The Carlyle Group since August 2025, following a role in Applied AI & Transformation earlier that same year. In 2024, Henning was a Senior Advisor at Incandescent, specializing in AI strategy and digital transformation. Experience includes leadership as a Startup CEO and advisor in SaaS and AI from 2022 to 2023, and a Partner at Strategy& from 2014 to 2022, guiding C-level executives in the TMT sector on growth and transformation strategies. Henning also contributed to PwC's Katzenbach Center, enhancing organizational strategies, and was a founding member of Booz Digital, driving digital strategies across industries.
