John Walton currently serves as a 4th Grade Math Teacher at Carroll School since May 2021, after a comprehensive educational journey that includes a Master of Education from Lesley University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Prior to teaching, John gained diverse experience in leadership and teamwork as the Head Counselor at Wellfleet Recreation Summer Camp, a Volleyball Coach for a U-14 girls club, and held a position as Bar Back at Winslows Tavern. Through various roles, John has developed skills in curriculum planning, team management, and providing a supportive learning environment for students.
