Ben Spears is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in conflict resolution, democracy programs, and organizational operations. In the role of Associate Director at The Carter Center since December 2016, Ben has supported peace initiatives in Sudan and engaged in various collaborative efforts including design and evaluation coaching and discussions on racism. Ben previously served as Operations Associate for the Florida Democratic Party, where significant contributions were made to voter registration efforts. A strong background in coaching and capacity building is evident from positions at Ultimate Peace and the Israeli Flying Disc Association, as well as in educational support roles at Georgia State University. Ben holds a Master of Public Administration in International Management from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
