Carol holds a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, along with advanced degrees in NGO administration and public policy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Recognized for impactful evaluations in peacebuilding, including a notable USAID-funded program, Carol employs innovative methodologies for facilitating conflict transformation and partnership development.
