Ileana Resendez is an accomplished professional in the fields of strategy, innovation, and learning, currently serving as the Director of Strategy, Innovation, and Learning at The Carter Center since January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning at Heartland Alliance International from January 2021 to January 2023, and various roles at CLAC, Heifer International, and Workforce Solutions Upper Rio Grande, with a focus on monitoring, evaluation, and performance analysis. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Science in Economics and a Master in Public Administration from The University of Texas at El Paso, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Micromaster in Data, Economics, and Development Policy from MITx. Currently pursuing a PhD in Evaluation Measurement and Research at Western Michigan University.
