John Billingsly has significant experience in both technology support and real estate development. Since March 2001, John has held multiple roles at The Carter Center, including Desktop Support Consultant, Computing Support Specialist, and Coordinator of Facility Services & Telecommunications. In addition, since May 2020, John has served as President of Billingsly Community Development Group Inc., a growing real estate company focused on rental homes and land development. John holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Morehouse College, attended from 1996 to 2000, and graduated from Henderson High School in 1996.
