The Mentorship and Advisory Team at The Catalyst Collective is dedicated to fostering empowering relationships between young Black women and Black teenagers through structured mentoring programs. They are responsible for recruiting and training mentors, facilitating goal-setting sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure productive partnerships. Additionally, team members collaborate with an advisory board to enhance program offerings, ensuring a rewarding experience for both mentors and mentees while promoting leadership development and networking opportunities within the community.
