Bill Evans is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in development and leadership roles within non-profit and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director at Hackensack Meridian Health since June 2019 and as Vice President for Development at The Center for Discovery since May 2011, Bill has demonstrated expertise in managing major gifts and planned giving. Previously, Bill held the position of Executive Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving at the Archdiocese of Newark, and Vice President for Development at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers, overseeing multiple regional offices. Bill's earlier career includes a role as Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations at Pace University and a position as Corporate & Foundation Grants Manager at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York. Bill holds a Master of Arts in American Studies from New York University, a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies from Fordham University, and a high school diploma from Xavier High School, along with participation in Leadership Newark.
