Emma Stokes has extensive experience in admissions and transition coordination at The Center for Discovery since October 2009, currently serving as Assistant Chief of Admissions and Discharge. Responsibilities include overseeing transitions for approximately 130 individuals, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards. Emma has also held roles as Senior Admissions and Transition Coordinator and Admissions Associate, where management and care planning for young adults with developmental disabilities were key duties. Prior to this, Emma worked as a Training Captain at Mohonk Mountain House, focusing on staff training in customer service and dining procedures. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Education in Art Education from SUNY New Paltz and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration/Art Education from Montserrat College of Art.
