Gareth Boothe has extensive experience in quality improvement and residential management, currently serving as the Assistant Chief of Quality Improvement at The Center for Discovery since September 2002. In this role, Gareth oversees the organization's quality improvement program, addressing regulatory trainings and service consistency across various departments. Gareth has progressed through several positions within the organization, starting as an entry-level staff member and advancing to Senior Residential Director. Prior experience includes managing operational aspects as Store Manager at Monticello Trading Post. Gareth holds an MBA with a focus on Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate in Science in Business Administration from Sullivan County Community College.
