Marisa M O'Flaherty is a skilled data professional with extensive experience in data quality assurance and analytics. Currently serving as a Data Quality Assurance Analyst at The Center for Health Information and Analysis, Marisa leads testing and the enhancement of the Massachusetts all-payer claims database and has improved security architecture in Snowflake. Previous roles include Senior Talent Analyst at Sunrun, where Marisa restructured the Human Resources database and developed Tableau dashboards, and Associate Data Quality Analyst at The Center for Health Information and Analysis. Earlier experience encompasses roles at Charter Communications, TTEC, and the University of Colorado School of Medicine, as well as international teaching and volunteer work with the Peace Corps. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Middlebury College and a Master of Science in Data Science from the University of Denver.
