Tonya Bourassa, PHR, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at the Center for Health Information and Analysis, a position held since 2012. Prior to this role, Tonya was the Human Resources & Operations Manager at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center from February 2009 to April 2012. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at Environment Massachusetts and MASSPIRG, as well as a Citizen Outreach Director at the Fund for the Public Interest. Tonya is currently pursuing a Greater Boston Leadership Program in Management & Leadership at the MIT Sloan School of Management and holds a BS in Political Science from Central Michigan University, alongside a Human Resource Management Certificate from UMass Boston.
