Zi Zhang

Deputy Executive Director For Research at The Center for Health Information and Analysis

Zi Zhang has extensive experience in health research and data analysis, currently serving as the Deputy Executive Director for Research at The Center for Health Information and Analysis since April 2013. Prior roles include Senior Director of Research and Research Director at the same organization, along with being a Subject Matter Expert in All-Payer Claims Data. Previously, Zi Zhang was the Director of the Office of Survey Research at UMass Medical School from April 2009 to March 2013 and held a position as Senior Healthcare Consultant at Neighborhood Health Plan. Before these roles, Zi Zhang was with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health for over a decade, taking on positions such as Director of the Health Survey Program, Senior Epidemiologist, and Project Director. Zi Zhang holds degrees from UMass Amherst and Shanghai Medical University.
