Processed-Free America is a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating childhood and adult obesity through nutrition education to both young and old, teaching the health effects of processed foods and the healing properties of whole foods.

To naturally reduce body weight, in addition to a regular fitness regimen, the Center suggests eliminating processed foods from your diet, most notably today's flour and sugar. It’s the philosophy that founder Dee McCaffrey adopted to lose and maintain a 100 pound weight loss for 20 years.
