Prior to this position, Jay worked as an Account Manager at Norampac and held the role of President at Absar Inc. Jay began a career in the industry as a Buyer at Normerica Inc. from 1999 to 2003. Jay holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Sheridan College, completed between 1998 and 2000.
