Heriberto Alanis

Heriberto Alanis is a seasoned electrical engineering professional with extensive experience at Chamberlain Group (CGI) since November 1994, serving in various leadership roles including Electrical Engineering Sr Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and Sustaining Engineering Manager. In these positions, Alanis has led teams of engineers to enhance product performance, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency for a global manufacturer of door and access control systems. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation and Test Engineer at Altec Electronica de Chihuahua, as well as Electronics Process Engineer at Ford Motor Company. Alanis holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on Control Systems from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua and a National “E” license from the US Soccer Federation.
