Susan Rouser

Susan Rouser is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in product marketing and brand strategy. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product Marketing and Brand at Chamberlain Group, Susan leads a team of 20 marketers and creatives for the myQ, LiftMaster, and Chamberlain brands. Prior roles include Head of Product Marketing at Kajabi, where enhancements in trial activation and product tools were achieved, and at Compass, where Susan drove technology platform adoption. Additional experience encompasses significant marketing and strategic roles at Amazon, where Susan developed the go-to-market strategy for Amazon Halo and spearheaded Fire TV marketing initiatives. Previous positions include digital marketing and social media leadership at Progressive Insurance and account management at Landau Public Relations. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Ohio University.
