Ricky Woodman currently serves as Operations Manager at J2R Demolition Limited since January 2024 and is actively involved with The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) as a representative for the Tomorrow’s Leaders initiative while also holding the position of Novus Wales Committee Chair. Ricky's previous roles include Site Manager at BECT Building Contractors Ltd and A WILLIAMS CONTRACT SERVICES LIMITED, as well as Site Engineer and Civil Engineer at Jehu Project Services, contributing to groundwork engineering. Ricky’s early career included positions as Chair of Novus Wales, Freelance Civil Engineer, Trainee Site Engineer at Carey Group Plc, and Assistant Civil Engineer at PC Harrington Group. An alumnus of Swansea University, Ricky holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering.
