Adam Gagne

Adam Gagne has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Performance Development and Manager Training at The Cheesecake Factory since March 2016, where Adam consults on optimal learning strategies for over 35,000 managers and staff. Prior to this role, Adam was the eLearning Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, managing eLearning initiatives and facilitating certification programs. Adam's career also includes significant contributions at Christie's Auction House as Senior Systems and Business Process Trainer, developing training materials and eLearning tutorials, and at NYU Medical Center, where Adam specialized in training students with mental and physical health challenges in computing and social media skills.
