Barry Sylvia

Barry Sylvia possesses extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Senior General Manager at The Cheesecake Factory since June 2002, overseeing a high-volume location with over $21 million in annual sales and a large staff. Prior to this role, Barry held the position of Senior Training Manager at Bahama Breeze, managing the training and development of a significant team in a successful restaurant environment. Barry's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at The Cheesecake Factory from 1994 to 2000. Barry holds a BS in Food Service Management and has an AS in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
