Carlos Loredo possesses a diverse background in the hospitality and culinary industry, currently serving as a Bartender at Grand Lux Cafe since October 2016 and as a Business Owner of a food trailer with ALM FOODS LLC since July 2015. With extensive experience, Carlos has been an Assistant Accounting Operations Manager at Maggiano's Little Italy since February 2010 and has held multiple roles, including Corporate Trainer, Bartender, and Server at The Cheesecake Factory since September 2008. Carlos holds an Associate's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin.
