Michael Thum

Michael Thum has extensive experience in industrial mechanics, currently serving as an Industrial Mechanic at The Chemours chemical company since July 2015. Prior to this role, Michael worked at DuPont in the flouroproducts area from June 2012 to July 2015. A significant portion of Michael's career was spent at Mafco Worldwide from October 1992 to June 2012 as a Plant Mechanic, focusing on production maintenance. Michael has also held positions as a Road Service Technician at CPS and Arbor Handling Services, where expertise in servicing industrial equipment and electric forklifts was developed. Earlier in the career, Michael worked as a fabricator at National Millwrights Industries and served in the US Navy as an HT2. Michael's education includes certifications from the USN HT-A school and a high school diploma from Cherokee High School, completed in 1978.
