Bridget Rauch

Bridget Rauch is a seasoned professional in data analytics and management, currently serving as the Manager of Data and Analytics at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since October 2018. In this role, Bridget manages a team of eight data analysts and engineers, focusing on operational and quality improvement initiatives across 18 subspecialty divisions within the Department of Pediatrics. Previously, Bridget held positions as Analytics Lead and Data Programmer Analyst within the same department, leading teams and serving as a liaison to various stakeholders. Before joining CHOP, Bridget worked as a Business Intelligence and Analytics Consultant at Thorogood Associates, leveraging business needs and technical skills to deliver data-driven solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Psychology from Lafayette College.
