Connie Tan

Connie Tan currently serves as the Analytics Lead in Digital & Technology Services at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) since May 2019, focusing on team performance enhancement, mentoring, and managing the data and analytics portfolio for the Division of Urology. Prior roles at CHOP include Data Programmer/Analyst III and II, where Connie contributed to quality improvement projects and analytics support. Previous experience includes supporting the US municipal bond team at Schroders in portfolio management and client services, and working at David's Bridal on growth strategy and process improvement. Additionally, Connie has a background as a Business Associate Consultant at ZS Associates, providing sales and marketing solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Connie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Johns Hopkins University with majors in Cognitive Science and Economics, and a minor in Entrepreneurship & Management.
