Jorge Ibarra, M.Ed., currently serves as a Research and Evaluation Analyst at The Children's Trust of Miami-Dade County, with experience in public policy and advocacy through roles at Leadership for Educational Equity and the Texas Education Agency. Selected as a Public Policy Fellow, Jorge led initiatives to support educational equity, managing policy research and data analysis, and communicating with over 600 school districts. Prior to this, Jorge worked as a teacher within Miami-Dade County Public Schools and participated in Teach For America, focusing on community engagement and instructional development. Jorge holds a Master's degree in Community and Social Change from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Wheaton College.
