John Offman, SHRM - SCP, has a wealth of experience in human resources spanning over two decades. John currently serves as the Director of Human Resource Operations and Analytics at The Chronicle of Higher Education. Prior to this, they held the position of Deputy Director of Human Resources at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).

From 2018 to 2020, John held the role of Director of Human Resources - Americas at Palladium: Make It Possible. Before that, they worked as the Director of HR Business Partners at PenFed Credit Union from 2017 to 2018, where they were responsible for developing HR programs and providing strategic support to executives.

John also served as the Deputy Director of Human Resources at Social & Scientific Systems from 2015 to 2017. John has extensive experience in the financial sector, having worked as a Human Resource Relationship Manager at FINRA from 2010 to 2015.

In their earlier career, John held various HR roles at Newell Rubbermaid and Masco Corporation, where they gained experience in labor relations, employee relations, and HR management.

John Offman, SHRM - SCP completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Eastern Michigan University. John later pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Relations at Wayne State University.
