As a Senior Associate at Acumen, Abbas contributed to empowering social innovators through the Acumen Fellows program in India, and prior experience includes a foundational role at Avanti Learning Centres, focusing on affordable education in Science and Mathematics. Abbas was recognized as an Acumen India Fellow in 2014, reflecting a commitment to addressing social issues. Educationally, Abbas holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
