Currently serving as a Program Development Fellow at Northeast Centre for Equity Action on Integrated Development, Alisha focuses on Social-Emotional Learning within tribal and rural communities in Northeastern India. Alisha holds key positions including Board Member at Vanangana, Communications & Outreach Consultant at The Circle India, and Communications Consultant for Make A Difference, among others. Alisha's educational background includes a Master in Social Work from the University of Lucknow and a Bachelor's in Journalism & Mass Communication from Amity University, along with professional training at Harvard Graduate School of Education.

The Circle Incubation Our incubation is an 18-month fully paid, intensive program for entrepreneurs with the courage and commitment to redesign and launch innovative learning experiences for India’s children.
